Your experience as a human being is complex, deep, full of paradoxes, contradictions, dreams, desires, possibilities and potential.

There are layers of wounds.

Some of them from childhood.

Some of them ancient.

Some of them run in your family.

Some of them have healed and some of them remain open.

There are dense emotions that are hard to feel and express. They feed certain stories you believe about yourself, the world and what it means to be here.

There are mental loops you run over and over that take far too much energy, leaving you exhausted and resorting to behaviors you wish could be different.

There are contractions inside your body that scream for attention, but you don't know how to go there because no one ever showed you how safe you can feel in your own body. 

There is also a great power within you that can touch every fear, every contraction, every pattern, every pain and turn it into beauty, freedom, ease, grace, and harmony.

You have the incredible capacity to turn your heaviest metals into liquid gold.

You are invited to be initiated into the Mystery of your own life so you can develop a rich relationship between your finite human-self and your infinite divine-self.

This is the most powerful relationship in your life.

With your life as our precious curriculum we will embark on a 6-month journey into what it’s like to be YOU.

In all the crunchy, sticky, achy, itchy places.

In all the golden, radiant, innocent, soft places.

We are here to bring new language, safety in your body, nourishing structures, emotional completion and a sense of steadiness so that you can be present with anything that comes your way.

We are here to develop a bigger capacity to digest life.

One where you don't need to stop being human in order to live well.

One where being human is witnessed, held and celebrated in the full spectrum of the experience.

One where your inner liberation contributes to the liberation of others and the world.

We will meet each other weekly or bi-weekly for 6 months depending on what’s alive and what’s needed.

In our sessions we will go into whatever needs our tender love and care. We will move our bodies, breathe, sound, weave new stories, make art, oracle, express, witness and be witnessed.

As your mentor on the path, I’m with you in it! I’ll bring my practices, my medicine, my questions, my capacity to hold you.

We lean into the Great Mystery, into what it means to be ALIVE.
